Granite Bridge Saw, Model SIM-625A

The SIMCOUSA SIM-625A Uni-body Granite Bridge Saw is a PLC controlled machine with cutting dimensions set by computer. All operations are executed manually by the operator or automatically by the program carrying out parallel cuts with a maximum of 8 different dimensions repeatable up to 1999 times. The control panel has a LCD display mounted on the right hand side of the machine. The control panel is positioned such that it makes it easy for the the operator to control the machine when the stone is being positioned. The saw is equipped with a laser guide to aid in lining up the cut. The blade head can be tilted from 0 to 45 degrees.

Granite Bridge Saw, Model SIM-400
The SIMCOUSA SIM-400 Granite Bridge Saw is similar to the SIM-625 but accepts up to a 400mm diameter diamond saw blade. The SIM-400 is a PLC controlled machine. All operations are executed either manually by the operator or automatically by the program carrying out parallel cuts with a maximum of 8 different dimensions repeatable up to 1999 times. The control panel has an LCD display mounted on the right hand side of the machine. The SIMCOUSA Model SIM-80 Granite Gang Saw is a block cutting gang saw for granite or marble production of slabs of different thickness. The saw has an overall worktable length of 3.3 meters, a height of 2 meters and a width of 2 meters. This stone gang saw has a heavy duty construction machinery rating and high quality moving groups with constant lubrication. Stress resistant blade frame maintains the right tension for all 80 blades. Electrical centralized switchboard controls all functions of the machine.
