SIMCOUSA Stone Slab Polishing Machine Model SIM-16C
The SIMCOUSA Slab Polishing Machine Model SIM-16C is designed for polishing granite and marble countertop slabs. It performs pre-polish, rough-polish, finish-polish and burnish continuously. Custom grinding and polishing heads are available for this machine. The polishing spindle pressure is controlled by a coaxial cylinder according to the type of stone being polished. Control panel uses color touch screen programming to control slab profile sensors. The control system inspects and optimizes the movement of the polishing head, crossbeam and belt height for quality slab polishing. The machine has fault diagnosis and production data statistics systems.
