The Gisbert Stone Milling Machine Model FG-3000 is a CNC controlled multifunctional milling machine used for marble and granite fabrication. It is a high production machine capable of doing precise drilling, milling and shaping operations for countertop and vanity production. Has powerful, reliable & auto ventilated electro-spindle. Aluminum work table provided with grooves for fastening of vacuum pads, to insure that the work pieces are tightly locked in place even during heavy grinding operations. Automatic tools storage which permits automatic tools stocking, including the cutting units with vertical or convex circular blade. On request, the FG3000-MillStone can be supplied with continuous rotating fourth axis “C”, which makes it possible to use cutting units with vertical circular blade for rectilinear cuts or convex blade for curvilinear cuts. All axes movements are powered by AC brushless servo motors. Moving components are lubricated by a centralized system. Device for spindle inclination, manually adjustable up to 3º, for the execution of drainboards with inclined surface. Made in Spain.
